   A piece of junk. All the work I put into to hooking it up and nothing. Called gas company and they won’t touch it
   because its ventless.
   Don’t waste your money.

   I purchased this brand of heater to replace another heater of the same brand that I had for years. I purchased the previous heater locally and when it went out, I purchased this one from Amazon. It’s awful. DO NOT PURCHASE. After having the heater professionally installed, it had problems from the beginning. The heater continuously goes out. The pilot light malfunctions. I recently read another review for the same heater and another buyer had the same problem.
