The humidifier is very quiet and puts out a good stream of vapor. It is relatively easy to clean. There are two things that I don’t like about it:
1. The tank does not completely drain. This is a mold slime concern.
2. The opening to the tank is a little less than an inch wide. That does not allow room for a demineralization cartridge to be placed in the tank. This cartridges keep the pink slime down. My wife thought we should send it back for this reason. We decided to keep it and try and find a type of cartridge that will fit in the hole. I clean it thoroughly once a week with vinegar and that seems to keep the pink slime down.
