This is my second purchase of this item. The other one is still working but after a few years it’s gotten a little grimey. So for the price I thought I’d replace it and have a spare. I live in the southwest and this little cooler has worked well. Small enough to set by my chair for a little extra cooling . Good price and reliability.

Bought two of these and water compartment is small.ust refill everyday. It also can only be felt if you sit right in front of you.

This operates more like a fan than a hybrid between a fan and an air conditioner. Does not cool down a room. The only effects felt are when you’re in direct contact with breeze the machine produces.

This is a great humidifier! It perfectly meets my needs and creates a lot of moisture in the air, which benefits the plants and me, making my lips less prone to chapping and easier to breathe. I especially like its timer feature, which allows me to start my day without worrying about turning off the machine. I recommend this humidifier to anyone who wants to solve a dry air problem.

My husband uses for his office that has a lot of windows and gets hot during the day. This helps keep it more comfortable for sure, instead of having to turn the air down for the rest of the house.

The pump stopped working before the 1st summer was over, very dissappointing! customer service told me to “clean the pump”. There is no way to clean the pump—I think that this might just be a way to get me to go away. Never buy this product. Note: swamp coolers are just a little better than a fan—and they cost about the same to run—its not like AC at all. you have to embrace that if you want a swamp cooler.

Unit leaks regularly because of the poor drip design it is based on. Keep a towel nearby or tray underneath. Unfortunately this is the largest water tank I could find
