First impressions, this a unit of high quality. The top is so sleek the operation modes on the top of the unit are easy to understand. It easily rolls to whatever room I need it to be in and it’s quiet.
I have had other dehumidifiers that worked ok. The performance of this dehumidifier is wonderful! It filled the container from my closet in less than 12 hrs!!! I purchased 2 for different rooms in my home. I am so happy I did.
The warranty registration is quick and easy And…you will actually get a response from the company to let you know your registration has been accepted. I can already tell the customer service would be incredible too.

First, the good observed after a few days use in a large attic, using the included drainage hose in a fixed location. This is a quiet, effective dehumidifier. It is compact, lightweight with accurate controls and easily moved with the wheels. The downside is its rating of up to 34 pints moisture removal daily. The actual amount removed is not even a fraction of that, I would guess the actual amount removed is perhaps a pint or less, and that’s in the high humidity of the Deep South. You have to wonder how these ratings are derived. And they are important because that’s how potential buyers evaluate the unit when considering purchase. The discharge hose is also quite flimsy and has to be propped its entire length to prevent sagging. Finding a more sturdy hose replacement also is not easy. The hose is just one more example of the tendency of manufacturers to cut corners to save a few pennies with the end result being an almost unusable product. Generally, I would rate this unit as better suited to a smaller room or areas where mobility is important, or areas where emptying the included reservoir is practical (not in my case). In my case, a larger capacity unit might have been more advised if the capacity had been more accurately stated. Overall I’d give it around a 3.5 rating based on a few days use; I have no idea of it’s long term reliability. A more accurate capacity rating and a little sturdier discharge hose and this is a five star unit.

I didn’t mind waiting. I had compared several similar items and decided the Veagaso VG380 Dehumidifier was a decent product with reasonable pricing. It was ordered on May 29 and received on June 5. I had opted for the free shipping.
I was delightfully surprised when I unpacked the appliance. A three-year warranty card was enclosed. My first thought was that it was a scam to purchase something else or obtain personal information. I reluctantly entered the online warranty site, entered the data, and noticed that the company promised to respond within fourth-eight hours. A representative promptly and courtesy responded, as promised, and assisted me with one problem.. I had accidentally entered an order number and shipping date from a different item I had ordered. After a couple of e-mails, I received confirmation of the warranty and a lifetime commitment to customer service!
The instruction manual was straightforward. The dehumidifier was left standing upright for twenty-four hours, as advised, before powering it. I was pleased at its low noise output and operating smoothness. It purred. And, it’s small size and aesthetics were appreciated by me and my wife.
I paid careful attention to its environmental restrictions: surrounding clearances and its operating temperature range. My basement easily accommodated them.
The button selections were easy to navigate, and the size of the front- located collection tank was average compared to other similar makes and models, about two liters (2.12 quarts). There is no nearby drain, so I did not install the accompanying drain hose. I empty the full or nearly-full tank once in the morning and once in the evening. (The automatic shutoff operated correctly when the tank was full.) The tank has an anti-splash barrier at its top, a nice touch, so I do not spill water carrying it to a sink. The barrier does not need to be removed to empty the tank.

I recently purchased this dehumidifier and have been very impressed with its performance. It is compact, quiet, and easy to set up. The drainage feature eliminates the need for frequent trips to empty the holding bucket, which is a great convenience. The unit efficiently removes moisture… I use this in my basement which is very damp and within the week it was so much better.
The included discharge hose could be sturdier, but overall, this dehumidifier offers great value for the money. The multiple settings allow for customized dehumidification, and it works faster than other models I’ve tried.
Highly recommended for those looking for an efficient, quiet, and easy-to-use dehumidifier.

Great little compact and quiet machine. I’m 78 yo but was able to operate this machine w ease. It was securely packed and arrived quickly. Basically it’s a plug in and go. I first used the bucket for collection which was fine and easily removed for disposal but then tried the hose attachment into a basement drain which was a quick attachment. Today is day 3 of usage and the amount of water collected amazed me and already the musty smell is gone. The wheels on the unit make it easy to move around. It’s very quiet and efficient and the automatic shut off is a plus. Customer service on line so far has been easy to maneuver through and I recommend this product without hesitation.

I installed it in my basement. It’s small but it got the job done. Easy to set up and operate. I use the hose drain so it’s set it up and forget it. It keeps the humidity at my setting so what more can you ask of it. It’s also quiet which is nice.

This dehumidifier is efficient and relatively quiet. It is easy to set up and operate. It is also easy to move around if necessary. The collection reservoir is on the smaller size but this is likely a result of keeping the unit small.
