Comes with two line sets. The first according to the tech had a manufacturing defect called a metering device restriction so it would only blow warm air. I paid for a recharge to double check this diagnosis.
The second had a leak at the flare of the copper lineset. Quickly revealed during the standard soapy water test after install but within 30 seconds the flare expanded until the line exploded off the compressor.
Very lucky I had moved away prior to the explosion instead of leaning in to examine the leak.
Edit: Seller immediately replaced the unit with no hassle on my end so raised the review star rating.

Working very well. Condenser is so quiet you don’t know it’s running. Inside the fans are barely noticeable. Did great during cold weather and is cooling nicely.

Easy install. Very straightforward. Instructions are ok but online youtube videos are better. Did this install myself and it went well, a lot of work but about 12 hours to do a dual head unit.

I live in an old log house. Can’t have a regular HVAC. Got this to replace another minisplit that I took back to Home Depot after 3 weeks. No issues with this system. Keeps the house cold in the Texas heat. Highly recommend.

You will need a vacuum pump and gauges to install this unit yourself, it cools my house amazing. Only pulls 9 amps when both heads are blowing. Super quiet. I wish you could choose the length of your line sets, but overall I highly recommend this unit

 Very impressed with this until. It only came with 16′ lines. It doesn’t come with a condensate pump or have room in unit to place one. I ordered seperate pumps as my install required pumping the water that drains from head unit into attic to then drain out of house via 3/4″ pvc line. I also had to run my lines through attic as I placed my head units on interior walls.
This unit heat, cools and dehumidifies, very quickly. My home is nearly 2k ft and this 27k unit moderates the Temps with ease.
If unit is placed in Central location, it seems to circulate air with ease and even into 3 bedrooms, when I just have unit installed in the hallway. Love it!
Wish the instructions were better…yes you need a hvac tech or tool to vacuum lines before releasing refrigerant from condenser unit.
