I bought this after the Texas 2021 snowmaggedon…it doesn’t require electricity. My biggest issue is after 4 tries tonight to get it to light…it doesn’t. I can light the pilot and walk away….it still doesn’t light. What good is a heater if you have to stand there for 30 minutes to get it to light? When it does…it’s wonderful. Thank the gods I live in far S. Texas …

II initially bought the signature series dyna glow 2 years ago and we love it, it’s saving me over $ 300 + a month ! I have my electric baseboard turned off in the entire house ( Ranch Style ) super perficent heater! my wife loved it so much she bought the 10, 000/ 20,000 btu as a personal heater it’s like her own little fire place, she loves it.

Fabulous purchase! Does not need optional fan! Heat output is amazing. Purchased it to use in an uninsulated, old farmhouse with no central heat! Purchased 3 to use throughout the 2,000+ sq ft home. Heats amazingly well.
