le probleme ses que c etait supposer une 20 000 btu au propane vus que les dynaglow normalement supposer avoir les 2 entrer propane et gaz naturel et las ai juste le gaz naturel et surement que je ne pourrai pas l utiliser avec le propane sa donne pas la meme chose au bruleur probablement que faire existe t il un systeme pour le convertir ou une bonbonne avec regulateur pour je puisse l utiliser merci de bien vouloir m aider je viens juste d ouvrir pour installer avant l hiver merci

Decided to put this in my basement for power outages. Installed directly into my old chimney with masonry screw and the provided bracket.

No longer need to worry about my pipes freezing in power outages, and it’s enough to keep the house warm enough in am emergency scenario.

Heater failed to turn on after many attempts. pilot failed to lightI . Turned the dial on the back to natural gas as per instructions. Heater is not returnable.or exchange eligible Now stuck with a faulty heater that I paid over $300.00 for. BEWARE.

There’s only three positions; low, medium, and high. Also it’s not thermostat controlled. However the heater works very well. It has safety features built into it, to prevent oxygen depletion, and carbon monoxide poisoning.

Glad we made the purchase! It was a quick and easy install—works beautifully to heat the living areas of our home on cold days that we didn’t want to light a fire in the wood stove or heat the whole house with the forced air unit. Even at the lowest setting it was sufficient for our needs. Wished we had done this years ago!
