   On December 20, 2022, utilizing my Amazon Prime membership I ordered a Dyno-Glo RMC-95C6B Indoor Kerosene Convection Heater, 230000 BTU, Black. Upon taking receipt of the kerosene heater a couple days later (December 24, 2022) and unpacking what is supposed to be brand new kerosene heater. I noticed a fate smell of kerosene emanating for the packing and other internal components and accompanied with a visual inspection. It was determined the kerosene heater was used and all the earmarking’s of soot and discolored internal components clearly visible.
   After reading numerous customer comments, it’s clear SM1stop’s commitment to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service” is a poorly executed attempt at great customer service. Recommend this seller (SM1stop) be removed from Amazon’s list of vendors.
