   Ordered this for my brother. He was looking for a replacement for his house and wanted one without the glass front. He’s very happy with it.

   I bought brand new 65000 bet closed front empire stove 2 years ago
   I finally installed it in cabin in northern Vermont and it won’t light’
   Customer service is non existence – no help at all, though I emailed and called and the best they can do is refer me to someone else – don’t buy one- go for Japanese Renair
