We did not buy our heater from Amazon but a local dealer. It really doe skeep us warmer and seems to be using less propane. It is our first heating season using this stove. We will be buying the log insert for it before the next heating season. The flames are okay but we think the logs would make it look a little better. You do need to do that full burn when you first fire it up. A good 2 to 3 hours at full blast. Ours came with the blower and it does blow the heat straight up but we have ceiling fans to help move it around. The dealer thought the 50,000 BTU would be fine but we would be but the temperature knob would be at it’s maximum so we went with the 65,000 instead and we only get it to about 2 1/2 on the control dial.

I love this unit. When our old “warm morning “ heater quit I was searching and came upon this one. It is a bit bigger but it fits great. I immediately ordered the log set! I hope to be warm for many years to come!
