   I was hoping the the three units I put would put in the small rooms in my big old house.

   Well the air conditioners came before time…in the middle of the heat wave so I was very happy.

   Hauled them in them house, got one to my office… did the window set up….

   It was so cool….. Thought yes…this is a good product.

   After work I set the second until up….long story short..sweated all night..it was shooting out hot air.

   So I boxed it up and returned it to UPS to send to Amazon.

   I had one unit left to try…I fixed it for my bedroom…it sounds like a motorcycle….the loud ones…Hmmm and vibrating the floor…. It did not get cool like the first one….it’s shooting warm air …its a heat wave….I should have just went to Sam’s club….and I will first thing tomorrow….

   So now, it’s boxed up…headed back tomorrow.

   This is Not I repeat….not a unit for your bedroom…it has an led light panel that is so bright…you think the cops stopped you in your bedroom.

   The very loud humming and complete lack of cooling earns that unit a F…… period, dot dot!!!!

   Item arrived on time. Packaging is sufficient and no signs of damage. Unit looks very nice. Control buttons are convenient and easy to operate. All parts come complete. Easy to install. This is a 8000 BTU unit should be enough to keep a 350 Sq ft room cool for the summer. You can set the fan to low so Noise level is acceptable in a small room. It has also either the fan only and dehumidifier feature which is great for all around usage. Energy efficiency ratio is 7.1 is fairly good for the unit.

   I recently purchased this portable air conditioner and it has been a game-changer for keeping my room cool this summer. The unit is easy to set up and move around, making it perfect for room-to-room use. It’s also very quiet and energy-efficient, which is a big plus.    So when I first got this, for some reason it kept shutting off. No idea as to why. The customer service team for this product reached out and offered to replace the unit or refund the purchase price. Their technical team offered what I believe was an assertion that the fan should in fact stay on, even though mine wasn’t.
   For the last few nights, however, we’ve had the continuous drain hose (supplied with the unit) installed and run it all night. Zero complaints. It has run all night without shutting off; it’s reasonably quiet (I always run a fan anyway, and it’s no louder than a hotel unit); it cools incredibly well… I’m glad I stuck it out. We’re VERY pleased with this and would absolutely buy another one.

   I am updating my review to reflect my recent interactions with the supplier regarding this product.

   The supplier reached out to me to provide compensation for my dissatisfaction with the product and I am pleased with not only the kind gesture but also the level of effort and commitment that the supplier has shown me. In all honesty I was not expecting this level of courtesy and dedication; I have to say this supplier really impressed me.

   Now to be 100% factual and truthful, this portable AC is a good product overall. The cooling power is excellent. It is not meant for a big room however but more like a bedroom or den. The main updates they should make on the product is the exhaust panel drill holes, as well as the tubing connectors. After that this product would be pretty much perfect.

   I just got this product yesterday and followed all instructions. I let it sit overnight out of box then proceeded to set it up. The machine itself is fine it’s the accessories: the plastic tubing is very stiff and slips out of the end caps easily (no matter how precisely I tried to screw it on). The main window panel with the exhaust opening is missing a screw hole on one side so it’s impossible to 100% secure tubing to the panel. I’m not sure if it’s just me not setting it up right but I didn’t find it as easy as the promo video.
   Overall it does the job, cooled the room super fast and the noise isn’t too disruptive in my opinion. I’m still debating whether to keep or give away (too lazy to return) but if I do keep I’m going to have to reengineer the whole window set up because it’s is currently just hanging on at best.
