Seems to be a good ac so far. Would like one lower speed on the fan to make it less noisy. Compressor is very quiet and it does a great job pulling humidity out of the air. Great customer service.

Took off a star because it is SO noisy; even on the lowest fan setting. Comparing it to our mini-split AC units is like comparing the noise a brass marching band makes to a gentle breeze blowing through the woods. Also, couldn’t make the wifi connection. Seems to cool the bedroom but there is probably a quieter & less expensive option out there.
