Amazon Customer –
The air conditioner came in two days, we were so happy, but it was missing the remote control. We contacted the dealer and after going back and forth, we finally got the remote after a month. For future Byers just write down the serial number before throwing the box if you’re missing the remote. We are happy with features of automatic temperature control and shut off when it gets cold! Easy to install with ample of packaging for the frame!

I really like the A/C. The remote is a little hard to read and understand the symbols, and the A/C has a delay responding to the remote. Also, the remote doesn’t necessarily show the same temp. set point as the A/C.
