I am sure this is a great product because I like the Triad Aer house model & the plug-in model. The power cord for this car unit should be reversed. The male USB port is the end that should be plugged in to a power source, not into the unit itself. The end with the mini-B cord should be plugged into the unit, not provided as the power source plug in. Because of this flaw, I had to purchase a double male USB port to power this unit. Is this a manufacturing defect?

I’ve enjoyed having this machine con my tiny office. But recently the motor has started grinding, revving, and winding down and shuts off. The red/ozone mode quit working, too. Tried to add 10 second video but the download timed out after 10 minutes!

Triad Aer Go (for small single rooms). Easy enough to travel with works for SMALL smelly fragrant hotel rooms. I’m happy with it. I also bought the one you wear around your neck (Shield Aer) and it is just okay. I am highly allergic to fragrances and this helps somewhat with this issue. For example, I’m in the grocery store and a stinky person full of toxic fragrances pass by, I quickly take a deep inhale of this wearable (around my neck) and it helps a little. My gripe is two things: 1st it doesn’t emit enough ozone. I’d like to suggest a “BOOST” button and secondly, any product that uses blue light makes me QUESTION the VALIDITY of the manufacture. I HATE the little blue light; especially right near my eyes. We are already inundated with blue light. the lighting should be any color than blue light. Prefer Red/Yellow/Orange light NOT BLUE!

Air purifier?? Well, kinda. If you want to remove stink, like in a bathroom, it will do that. But.. if your worried about contaminated air like from the forest fires in Canada that blew into the upper Midwest and contaminated the air with particulate—I think not. There is no filtration part to this “purifier” that i can see. At least, there is nothing to maintain or to clean out. I feel a little ripped off as the price is pretty hefty for a stink remover. It did not clear my hazardous air because it was still hazy. I had to buy another purifier to do the job. But, if you’re a business and want an effective bathroom stink remover, this may work if you’re willing to pay $150.
