I purchased these for my safe in the 3 pack and put one low, one mid, one high in the safe. 1 week in and they are already a bluish green. I am now questioning if I have enough of these in my safe or if these just need to be recharged this quick based on the canister size.
One benefit I do prefer is that these are on the smaller side so placement becomes easier without being in the way.
I will recharge these and see if they last longer after they pulled the initial moisture from the internals of my safe.
My only fault of this product would be the top cap and view window seem not is quality made as the rest of the item. I have not had issues with the cap coming off but it does feel like it could be a problem if your tossing these around.

This thing gets the job done but it was beat to all hell when it arrived. Some of the battered silica will leak through the vent holes regardless, but it gets the job done. A great affordable, non-electric dehumidifier option, but it’s a little messy. I shook it over my trash can to get as much of the broken silica crystals out before installing in my safe.

Product works well, keep my safe under 50% humidity when ambient house humidity hovers around 65 to 75. I live on the central FL coast so it’s wet here and I knew I’d have to stay on top of them, meaning they have to have thier 300 degree bake about once a week. The first few weeks they did fine, went back to orange, but after that they just kind of turned muddy brown with some beads staying blue. I have a temp and humidity gague in my sade so I know theure still drinking up that moisture but the bead color is what keep these from getting a 5.

High capacity and decent size. I put all three in my safe in a humid basement, keeping two of them near the door to intercept moisture coming in. I previously had a plug in rechargeable color changing dessicant that needed monthly recharging, but since getting these several months ago the other one has not changed color, and now I just preemptively recharge that one every few months. These have yet to change color, so they have been absorbing moisture and still not running out of capacity. They feel strongly built, and easy to use as you just put them in the safe and let them work.

These work great. I tried one set (3 of them) at first and my safe stayed around 45, I bought 3 more and now it stays around 35-38. The first set I put in the oven after a few months to take them back to orange (they turn dark when they have absorbed a lot of moisture). It said to do 4 hours to take them back to orange, but I only did a few hours as they looked orange. When I got the new ones, they were far more orange. So I do think you need to do the full 4 hours to take them back to the full reset. I had forgot how orange they were. They work very well. I did not want the humidity level to get to high as I store my hunting ammo in the safe, and these work perfect!
