   This little heater is great if you want it simple, just plug it in and turn the dial. It says that it has over heat and tip over protection, which is very important. But you can basically turn it on with just the flame, or add low or high heat by turning the dial on the side. Right now I don’t need the heat but it will come in handy in the winter, but who doesn’t like the calming effects of a fireplace? I really like how powerful it is, without taking up alot of space, still keep the area free of clutter for safety though. It’s cute and simple and so far works as advertised, I do think $ 60 is a bit high, but we will see come winter, it might just be worth every penny? I like it alot at this time, but if anything changes later, I will update this review. I hope this info has been helpful.

   Great little space heater. Puts out good heat almost instantly. Has two fan speed settings (as well as a fan off setting that just shows the faux fire). There is a separate dial on the back that adjusts temperature and has quite a range of adjustability.

   The heat exits at the bottom of the unit (below the fire graphic) and so is best used on a desk or elevated surface as opposed to sitting on the ground trying to heat a whole room. The surround does get warm when in use but not alarmingly hot.

   Was worried the faux fire would be gimmicky but have actually found to it be quite nice. The logs are fixed in place and light up when on, the backdrop has a flickering flame effect. The light cannot be turned off when in use so could be bothersome to some if needed at night but I found it pleasant a nice visual accent.

   Overall, much better looking than most space heaters. The leather strap is an additional nice accent. Have put in it my guest room on the desk in that space and have already had several compliments from guests.

   My title pretty much says it all. This Hearth Brands electric fireplace space heater is just adorable in the campiest and charming way.
   It’s cute in size, not sized for floor but not like those tiny desk heaters. This little gem can put out some heat too.
   It warmed up my open concept living room on the 800w setting within a few minutes. I haven’t tried it without the flame because I’m so amused by it. Until I get my fireplace rebuilt this will keep me entertained and warm.
   The retro design is a nice clean look with some style. The handle is great, sturdy but the unit is very light, easily moved to where you need it.
   Very good heater with appeal.

   I was so excited to get this. I’m moving into my son’s new house and the family/rec room will be in the basement. It will definitely get colder down there in the winter and while I’ve collected lots of throws and blankets for his use I’m old and get cold easily. Also, since it’s just the 2 of us and the dog, the plan is to cut down use of heat on upper levels until bedtime, etc. since we’ll primarily be using the downstairs.

   This will be perfect! I gave it a whirl in my little house.

   I love the size – perfect for personal use. I like the faux fireplace look. There are several heat settings. As I don’t need it now, I’ve repacked it for the move. The amount of heat it gives off is really good and will easily heat up a good portion of his finished basement area. And, when not needed, the ambience you get from the faux fireplace … a feature I really like.

   Never having one of these before, I can’t really comment on the price point but I do think this is a great investment for the winter.

   I’ve never seen a little space heater that looks like this. I wanted it because I thought it was cute, but thankfully it also works really well. Puts out a decent amount of heat for its small size, enough to warm up an average-sized bedroom (mine is about 12ftx10ft). I haven’t noticed a smell past the very first use when it was giving off that “new appliance” smell. The noise level is minimal and doesn’t bother me. I think it’s a good value for the money, and all we really need in the part of the world we live in, which doesn’t get freezing cold winters.

   Great, small, stylish unit that is wonderful in my home office. This is a must have for your home office or small bedroom. I keep it on my desk and use right now without the heat function and it provides great ambience in my office setting during the day and is amazing during the dusk hours.

   If you need to use the heat, it has multiple heat settings which are amazing for creating the perfect temperature in your room as the day goes on or the weather changes.

   I am so happy with this item for a small office or bedroom. It’s like having a small fireplace right in your room and completely portable for wherever you want it to go!

   I use space heaters in the winter from time to time in the north facing room, so I ordered this one. The fully assembled heated arrived in its signature packing along with instructions.
   The metal heater with glass front is fairly lightweight at less than 5 pounds and measures approximately 10 x 6 x12 inches. The heater has a knob on the side with three selections: one without heat and just flames, low heat (800 watt) with flames, and high heat (1500 watt with flames. There is an overheat protection. The flame flickers and dances around…but looks very fake. I posted all the “do’s and do not’s.”
   This heater does have a retro vibe and borders on tacky for my personal tastes but it makes me smile. But most importantly, it heats the room when needed.
