I bought this for my daughters bedroom. It’s really effective, puts out a ton of heat! It is made of plastic but that doesn’t bother me. It is currently sitting in front of our non working fireplace and actually warms my daughters room up from this location! The outside of the product stays cool to the touch. Mine did not come with a remote control.

If I was not sick I would take it to the ups store and send it back. It is very cheaply made and nothing like it says it was supposed to be. I am no longer ordering from Amazon.

Nice little heater. It’s pretty. It was reasonably priced. It works well. It was not hard to put together. My only suggestion would be to have a temperature control button. It only has high or low. It stays on constantly.
