We were a little hesitant to buy Levoit again. Our last purifier failed after a couple months. Their customer service was amazing, however, and warranteed it even though our warranty had just expired. Unfortunately, that second unit also died the same way after a few months. So after a bit of research, we decided to try out this two pack, partially because we knew they had a great customer service team. So far, we’re a few months in and no problems at all! I’ll update review if we end up having any issues, but these newer machines seem to not have the same problem as the older model we bought previously.
