I sent this to a friend in Michigan who is poor and has insufficient heat in his home. The day he received it the temperature outside was 16, and his living room was 40 degrees. It made all the difference in the world until 10 days ago when the plug melted, taking out the surge suppressor and the wall socket. Now he’s back to being cold again. This really sucks because this is a well rated unit with good reviews; until now.

We have saved a lot of money with these type of heaters. If someone is on a low budget, a heater like this is a great investment. Even heat safe for pets and kids. Doesn’t dry the air out

I purchased similar more expensive heaters, but this one is my favorite. I have dialed down and heat the space I am in. This heater has an economy setting and very efficiently turns off when the set temperature is reached then cycles back on when temperature drops.
I am 84 and always chilly, but this heater solves the problem. I have never felt so cozy.

The design of this infa-red heater is stable for protecting the infa-red heating rods and is not easily tipped. You don’t need to worry about being burnt because the heating rods are recessed in the sturdy case. The unit has an ambient air sensor in the back and an automatic thermostat so when the room cools down the heater will turn on. Once the rods turn off the fan will continue to run pushing the warm air out into the room. The fan can be set on High or Low. Because this reliable I can leave and not worry about returning to a cold room. The only thing that you need to do is sweep the floor in front of the heater because the air intake is located
in the front base of the unit. To avoid dust disturbances I sweep the floor near and in front of the heater every couple of days. Not a big deal considering how this heater is a real work horse. I leave this heater on 24, 7 and use the remote to turn it down a few degrees at night then back up in the morning. I am very happy that I bought this toasty warm infa-red heater for the main room in my home! 👍

Nice size but noisy and ineffective in a 10×8 room w/12 ft ceilings. I had to sit close to the heater to feel the heat

It fairly quiet, stays cool on sides and bottom. Love the remote. Not having to get up to adjust or turn off.
I love the built in thermostat. Very accurate. I recommend this one for the price.
I have an Eden pure. And this is very close to it but much cheaper

We have 3000 sq foot home and live in TexasStan with moderate winters, and the house holds heat rather well. Once the sun comes out we don’t need the furnace running all day.
Our main living room is 15x 25, plus a kitchen and office dining room space adjacent. Two of these units can easily warm the entire space from 64 to 70 degrees within an hour during the morning hours. We seldom have to run the main all electric furnace.
1500 watts draws about 7 amps, so you have to have them on different AC outlet circuits. The unit cycle on and off, and with the timer you can set it and forget it.
The same remote works on both units.
