I got this product to replace a very old ozonator that had finally burned out. Compared to the older one, this one bubbles the water more intensely and seems to deliver more fresh ozone per a minute. The new unit is also quieter, though there is a slight shrill high pitch sound when it is running. The sound is not high volume, but is noticeable. It is low enough volume to learn to ignore. I like the built in timer. When I first ran it, I thought it was a little defective, because the timer would shutdown and the unit did not seem to stop when the timer shut off. But it did shut off by itself about a minute later. What I determined was that this was a new good feature that my old ozonator (from a different company) it did not have. The unit pumps ordinary air through the line to flush out any ozone in the line before shutting down and cleans the tube between sessions this way. The ozonated water tastes very fresh. I use it as part of the Robert Beck protocol for healing and it works well for the purpose I got it for.
I found, though, that the literature that came with it mentioned cleaning veggies and fruit with it. I found this extra function to be a bonus. I put some fresh picked mustard greens from my garden into a container and ozonated it for about 10 minutes. I was very surprised about two things. One was how much stuff the ozonation removed from the greens, even after rinsing them in regular water. Two is that the ozone somehow vitalized the greens so that they tasted fresher than they would have otherwise.
I have not tested the remote control that came with the unit as I have not needed it nor did I use the mounting kit that came with it to put it on the wall (no room). I am quite sure these features are useful for those who need them, but they were not necessary for my set up.
All in all, I am very happy with the product. It does what I wanted it to do and more.

I got this for water treatment as well as for fruits and vegetables cleaning. I am happy to report it works well, eliminates odors in water and disinfects surfaces. It works cool meaning it does not heat up the water while running.
I do sometimes go to treat a carafe of water only to have someone else in the house state they already did that. When you try to ‘stop’ a cycle it doesn’t respond. You can click the power button but I’ll just keep going. You have to actually unplug to get it to stop. So be sure you want it to run before starting. But otherwise it works great.

I love it I use it to clean our coffee machine, I use it to wash fruits and vegetables and had some minor issues with the I igual order, but I got one that works now as a gift.
