The fan only worked. the ac unit did not work. I called the mini split seller and they informed me that the one year warranty was only for parts not labor, and I was on my own to find a local repair. I called at least 20 companies to repair the unit and could not find any local repair person.I
I looked up Olmo’s website and got not no results.
Since the unit was defective , I tried to call on Amazon for a refund and so far no response..
As a long time customer from Amazon I am appalled at at the lack or response from the seller and Amazon
