Charged this up via the USB cord and now I’m able to sit comfortably at my desk or in front of my tv with the house temp set around 66 degrees. Easy to read charging status that doubles as 4 level heat setting indicator. Comfortable to wear but I would recommend slipping a sock around it so the heat is more evenly distributed. Even the low setting is quite warm and lasts around 4-6 hours. Takes the chill off without having to burn a lot of fossil fuels.

I like the product for keeping my neck warm, however, the neck band itself is NOT adjustable. I’m not a big person but, this was so tight around my neck, I felt like it was choking me and the blood supply to my brain. It definitely needs a material covering on the heating elements so you can wear it on your bare skin. If I put this over the top of any material to keep it directly off of my skin, it made it very uncomfortable to wear.

I have it on the lowest setting and it is really hot on my neck. It doesn’t feel good, it feels like it’s burning my neck, but there isn’t no marks left on my neck. There are 4 setting for higher temp.. It doesn’t blow heat out at all. It only gets warm/ hot. It also feels bulky and uncomfortable on neck.

Heats up quick. Fast shipping. Only giving it 4 out of 5 stars because the hard plastic makes it not as comfortable as I was hoping. For my purpose it is fine. Will wear around my neck under a jacket. Comes partially charged. I believe this company/brand/product also makes a personal cooling fan designed the same way. Would make a good gift for that person who has everything.

You can’t feel any heat

The first day I had this thing it was great. I used it all day and it put out great heat. At the end of the day I charged it for a couple hours and went to bed. The next day I tried to use it and it didn’t work at all. I thought maybe mine was defective so I ordered another one, but before the second heater even arrived my first one started heating again. I wore it for about 3 hours before it stopped working again. I’m going to assume my first one is just defective and start using the second one. I’ll update this one star review and give it five stars if my second one works and stays working because I genuinely love this product. It keeps me very warm and comfortable when its actually working.
Edit: It’s a little over a week later and my second one is still working very well! I love it so much that I’m ordering another to use while my first one is charging. I’m going to assume my first one was just defective or I was the one at fault for the fact it stopped working. I did bend on it a bit since it was advertised as flexible so that could’ve caused it to break, but I’m not sure. That being said, I’d be very careful about bending on this product. For now, I’m going to change my review to 3 stars. So long as both of my heaters stay in good working order I’ll probably bump this review up by another star.

I get cold really easy so I got this for soccer season and being outdoors in the winter. This warmer is great. The high setting gets hot on the neck so be mindful when you turn it up all the way. Only thing I wish was that the side plates got as warm as the neck piece. The warmer holds a long charge. I used it several times for over 30 mins to an hour each time on low setting and didn’t have to charge in between uses. Easy use and to charge. The warmer didn’t make any noise. Perfect gift for those who spend a lot of time outside in the colder months.

Just got it and had to charge it for a little while to test it. I saw the reviews saying that it can’t go above level 1 or it’ll burn you. The solution is to treat it like a regular heating pad/ice pack. Put it over a shirt, Hoodia, cloth, etc. Currently wearing it over my sweater amd it’s on 4 and fine. Don’t put on bear skin. But it’s very nice so far. It’s kinda tight. Not suffocating tight, but like a little neck hug.

My wife seems to always be cold. Bought this for her. Works fine but needs to have something between the unit and her skin. Without it’s too hot.
