They say put cooling blocks in refrigerator. They don’t get cool enough to be useful. Do they mean freezer? But they warn if they freeze they could break. Buy a small fan and it would be just as good in fact the fan would be more effective because the fan speed would probably be higher. Bottom line, don’t waste your money.

The so-called evaporative cooler is a joke it barely puts out any air and the ice pack that you put in it only stays cold for about 30 minutes, Don’t waste your money this product, this product is not worth it.

Really small and does not cool for long. Freezer pack last maybe 15 minutes or less

I expected something that could keep a small area cooler as my blower went out on my furnace/ac. They disappoint. However they do make great little fans. Just don’t waste your money.
The only reason I did not return them is because we threw away the boxes they came in and I need those to return them.
Will not be buying anything like this in the future. 1- because when the blower is installed we won’t need them and 2- if I wanted a small fan with more power Amazon has several less expensive selections.

The instructions are a bit misleading, says to put ice blocks in refrigerator, but I think it should be freezer. And if left too long, the ice packs won’t fit in the compartment, but will shrink back if left out a bit. I used only once so far, but it worked wonderfully! My office is very warm and I have the unit on my desk. It doesn’t cool down the room, but does cool down my personal space and I feel refreshed and can concentrate much better. Price is good too.

The only thing cool’ about this thing is the giant ice packs. They hardly do anything, and the fan does not blow out at all. My daughter’s $10 fan has more power. The only plus is that this may work as a desk fan. It is also not portable, it needs to be plugged in to a USB. Very misleading

I literally NEVER write reviews, but this product is so SUB PAR, I had to. Opened it up, plugged it into USB and the fan felt like it was someone blowing on you; then the fan died. All within 20 min. Awful. cheap garbage. PASS.
