My bedroom is the hottest room in the house. Always has been. I don’t want to buy a new and bigger AC unit when my only issue is the bedroom. I purchased 3 weeks ago and it works great. It’s a little loud but we’ve been able to ignore it and sleep through it. The cool room made it worth it. I plan to buy another for my son’s room. I’m excited that we won’t be dying of heat while we sleep this summer.

This AC keeps the room cool. It is a bit noisy, but it works. I have tall windows that open vertically, so the window piece for the hose was not big enough. I contacted the seller and they shipped me a piece to extend it. Good customer service.

This is my third and final review. The main reason I bought these units was because they also are heaters AND dehumidifiers! The third night after setup I fell asleep on the couch with the units off and the front door open, as it had been a cloudy overcast day in the low sixties. The temperature had dropped into the 50’s and it was quite chilly, so I decided to switch modes and see how the heaters worked. Just like the a/c they worked perfectly! The noise they produce is well within the acceptable range for machines providing such much-needed relief from the heat. They are almost silent in heat mode. I have to finish with this: I read a lot of reviews before I pick a brand to buy, especially in this price range. I was on the verge of spending quite a bit more than these cost for brands that I was familiar with- but the reviews I read forced me to keep looking. People seemed happy with these, and they were the lowest priced! I even bought the 4 year warranty for each and with tax the 3 I bought were less than $1300 delivered. Please believe me. I squawk rather loudly if I feel I have been treated poorly or sold inferior merchandise. On the other hand I try and share the good news when I trip over a really good deal. THIS AIR CONDITIONER/HEATER/DEHUMIDIFIER AT THIS PRICE IS THE BEST DEAL I HAVE EVER MADE ON AN AMAZON PURCHASE! I have been a Prime member for many years. The money I saved on DELIVERY ALONE to have these 3 shipped across the country most likely paid for the first unit. Free delivery on a book or movie is one thing. Free delivery on three 70 pound items is something else entirely. This really is the one to buy, Thanks for your time. And thank you Amazon Prime!!

Unboxing was very easy, you just cut the straps and lift up the top of the box. Set up was just as easy. We did have to cut the sliding window piece to fit our window, and we will have to purchase some foam weather stripping to seal some areas where is fits in the window. The remote is user friendly. It worked really well to cool our room overnight. It is a bit loud, like a hotel A/C unit, but we are already used to the sound of a fan running in our room, so once we were asleep, it never bothered us. If anything changes, we will update our review.

Such an amazing AC unit. A heck of a lot easier to install vs a window unit. My living room was almost 80 degree’s and very humid and it cooled down to 72 in about an hour. It is about as loud as a window unit but the easy install outweighs the noise for me.
