It takes a little practice to get it lit, read the instructions. I use a 20lb propane tank for fuel. To convert to 20lb tank all you need is a 3/8 45 degree elbow and a propane tank hose and regulator like the one on your babacue. I bought a regulator with a 12-ft hose so I can keep the tank outside.

Please know, this propane heater is NOT allowed to be used in California. It is well made, easy to store, and quite effective for a 1,400 sq ft house.

Everyone should have one of these heaters, at least as a backup. The weather event that happened in Texas in 2021, People relied on electricity to keep their houses heated during that freeze. But when the power went out, thousands of people were stuck in the cold with no way to keep themselves warm. This is an excellent backup to have. No electricity needed, it runs off of propane. You can just hook up a standard propane tank and use it when you need it. These are well made, vent less and work great. You never know what mother nature is going to do, it’s always good to be prepared.

I bought this thinking it is portable, and could be used with a regular propane tank. It is not. This is not in the description. I gave it 5 stars because it appears to be very well made, and I’m sure it would have worked well.
