I think I researched every little electric fireplace on Amazon before ordering this one. So far so great! We have used this for about three months so far in our 32 ft RV. What I like about this one is: 1) it has a thermostat (which was really hard to find in a small fireplace) so I can set the temp and it will automatically go on and off during the night not just on a timer 2) it is sturdy, but light so I can easily move it from room to room (I even used it outside behind our bar on NYE and 3) it has a remote so I can lazily turn it off and on if I want to 4) it is quiet and not annoying 5) it actually puts out heat and kept me warm even at the beach. Got the grey one and it is so nice to look at while it makes me warm. I only wish the flame color was changeable.

🔥 We love this lil’ guy. It’s a small little “fireplace”, so check the measurements. Perfect for small spaces. The side view of “flames” are really pretty. One unusual thing is that the heating elements are towards the top of the unit vs the lower. Heats very well.
✅ Suggestions:
1500 W is 12.6 Amps. This is 12.6 amps on high. Keep this in mind. Most outlets are 15 amp, fewer outlets are 20 or 30. If a 15 amp outlet is used , it’s not a good idea to have anything else on same circuit.
👍 As with all heaters, feel/check the plug and socket regularly for unreasonable heat. Don’t block the little vents on the back of the heater. We unplug ours when not in use.
💡 We ran ours on the patio for 10 minutes to burn off the odors with a new unit. Typically this is normal with new units.
Check the plug and outlet for excessive heat or odors on a regular basis.

It really works to heat our living room which is about 350-400 square ft. The flame settings are great and the timer works well. Our living area stays at the perfect temperature!

Overall, the fireplace is great. It’s a good size, the flames look real enough, and the heat output is good. It is an infrared heater, so it won’t put out heat like your typical space heaters. With that in mind, it works very well. The room also doesn’t feel too hot when the heater has been running and the automatic shutoff works very well.
Now- for the annoying part. Mine has a piece of glue hanging in the front of the fireplace. You can see it in both pictures. There is no way to open the door because the door is fake, and the panels are all plastic and you cannot remove them without taking this thing apart. I’m hoping that the glue just falls one day, but for now, it’s an eyesore.
I attempted to reach out to the company, but got kicked back to amazon’s virtual assistant and I need the product right now, so I didn’t continue with trying to contact them.

Remote does not turn on the unit, control the timer and does not turn on the crackle noise. Although the unit itself does not have a button for the crackle function, but the remote does, so who knows if it really even has that function. I contacted the seller to request a new remote and they won’t exchange a remote. I have to exchange everything. Not very customer service friendly. Just am going to return it and get a better unit.
