I am absolutely thrilled with this stove. I had a dura flame stove for nine years and it is a work horse. Still works fine. The only reason I wanted new is because the old lacked a realistic appearance. I wanted one where the flames look like flames. This one does just that. After researching the new dura flame stoves where no one seemed to be able to attach the legs, and many having problems with it just not working well, I went with this model. Love it. Less then five minutes to attach legs and have it up and running. It’s sturdy and very well made. The flames, with so many different options, is a real plus. It throws off a lot of heat. Easily heats my small apartment. The noise level is low and not bothersome to me. I consider this an excellent purchase. Definitely recommend.

This was so easy to put together. I did it in about 10 minutes. Gives off a nice little amount of heat and gives an authentic feeling of a fireplace. I had a full blown fireplace at my last house and really missed it. This will do nicely.

I purchased this to heat my bedroom, hoping to cut down on my natural gas bill. I really liked the stove, it was easy to put the legs on and the decorations that go inside but when I turned the heat on full blast there was no heat. Heating element must have been bad. Sent it back, didn’t replace it.

I love the realistic appearance and feeling of a cozy fireplace, in my apartment, without the risk of an open flame. The heater’s thermostat is user adjustable, 50° -99° F, and the blower motor is excellent. The User Interface is extremely friendly, the “flames” are projected onto a curved screen which gives them a true 3-D appearance. The colors of the flames, their brightness and the speed of flickering are all adjustable. The remote control comes with 2 batteries (AAA). Perfect for a sitting area, a bedroom, almost any room. I am genuinely pleased with this purchase.
I would give it a score of 98 out of 100. If the heater came with a sound machine ( I purchased one from a different seller ) that sounded like crackling fire, this would be pure perfection.
I will be purchasing another of these fireplace heaters.

I live in Fairbanks, Alaska. In the winter, we often have what’s called an ‘air quality alert’ caused by an inversion creating air filled with contaminants due to the extreme cold. We are not supposed to burn in our wood stoves during that alert. I purchased the electric fireplace to use during those times and it has been wonderful. Such ambience, providing a calming glow, extra heat and I love it! Well-built, easy to assemble and wonderful to look at.

Everything to put it together were present and instructions were very clear. Like all of its features and it looks tremendous and puts out a lot of heat. I am using it in the basement to augment the temperature in that family, TV, game room. It looks like it will do the job perfectly. Could not be more happy with the product.

Worked then tripped the internal thermostat and stopped working for a few. Unplugged for a while and starts to work again.
