Comes with generic, none model specific instructions, they are vague and worthless, and no hash tag, for the actual Model. Nothing but issues getting it working, (mostly due to crap tiny instructions, no parts list either. Now waiting till next (it’s 99 here now) Thursday, 8 days for the HYAC to come and fix or rip out. Don’t be a fool like me…

My utility bill was out of control for heating my garage with 2 large electric ceiling heaters. (like 600 a mo for that) so for 700 I bought a 1800btu unit (oversized, my garage only called for 1200-1400) it took me prob 6 hrs solo to install this, pressurized well, had a leak but that was on me in a line not being tight enough. fixed and was ready to rock. its whisper silent which I need, I am a YouTuber and my garage is my studio, I can run it 24/7 without it being picked up on my mics. the controls are a bit “simple” would like some more programming options etc, but otherwise for around what I was paying in one mo of electric, I got this and the bill dropped to around 150 attributed to this.

Installed this unit in a insulated pole building. Mainly for dehumidifier and works great. The a/c keeps build very cool. Haven’t used the heat function but I am sure it works as well as the cooling.
