08/2024 – bought two in May 2023 and one stopped working recently. Seems that this is common problem after the year mark for other customers. I emptied the reservoirs weekly before full and dusted it as much as possible from the exterior. I took it apart when it stopped working and there was significant dust accumulated. I was hopeful it would turn on once assembled again, but no luck. It tried to turn on when I pressed the power button but it couldn’t. I contacted the manufacturer and appreciate their responsiveness. They offered a small partial refund in a good faith effort since it was past the one year warranty which I appreciate. My second one is working fine for now.
Bought for small bathrooms. Was skeptical, but the water tank was nearly full about a week later. Like that it’s small and very quiet.

This device works well. There was a mold smell and moisture in the air and my son’s bathroom. I put this device in his bathroom and it cleared up the moisture efficiently. It has a Sleek design that complemented the design of the bathroom well. The water capacity could be better. I found myself changing the water compartment often. This device also has a humming sound that was displeasing to my son while he slept. Overall this device was energy efficient but I would have liked it to have a larger capacity.

Doesn’t help to reduce humidity in a room so most likely this is only effective in small confined spaces. We are talking about tropics humidity level of above 70% so there is a lot of moisture to remove in the air.

Quiet and well-performing for a tiny unit.
First unit simply stopped turning on after about a year. Seavon gave me 30% off buying a replacement unit. That unit simply stopped turning on about 7 months later. Seavon offered to send me a free replacement unit, which is currently on its way to me.
