This was delivered on June 25th to very hot Arizona with a motherboard that didn’t light up after installed. I called on July 9th, after my A/C technician got the runaround and no response, and was assured I would have the part in 2 – 4 days. 8 days later, no part so I call… “I am sorry for the inconvenience, but we haven’t shipped it yet. We will expedite it and get it shipped out tomorrow.” Are they serious?!? 115 is not an inconvenience!!! Be aware!
