Loved it SO much, the color was perfect for my country kitchen. The heat output was nice, we have tons of windows and it took the chill off our downstairs. However, after 2 weeks the heat function stopped, no warning, just simply would not turn on, the fireplace light still worked, back to Amazon it goes!

Purchased this heater to take the chill off while our furnace was not putting out heat on our second floor. Wanted something small, quiet, and nice-looking and the TURBRO Suburbs fits the bill.
After owning it one month the heating unit stopped working. I followed all troubleshooting instructions and then reached out to TURBRO customer service. They were fantastic! Very courteous, very responsive, and ended up sending me a new heater because my issue couldn’t be resolved. For the price and what I wanted it for, this heater was perfect and i really appreciated the way they handled my warranty claim. I would definitely recommend this heater.

I liked this so much I bought a second one. They were perfect for heating my small bathroom and laundry rooms. But after 6 months the first one I purchased stopped working. I still get a flame, but no heat. For that reason I can only give 1 star. No matter how good something works, it should last longer than 6 months. Bummer!
UPDATE: The seller apparently read my review, reached out and sent me a replacement! I have changed my review from 1 star to 5

This product was nice to look at and for only a week worked. No heat after that. So disappointing. Fortunate for a refund. But will think twice before ordering something like this. Hassle to box back up and take to a UPS store.
Poorly made. And the legs are difficult to install. The manufacturer has instructions to use an electric drill to help. You can’t get the screws started. Too small an area to work in.

I was so excited when I received this unit because it was the perfect size and color, and had the perfect “look” for a room in our house that we were renovating. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the room completed and ready to use until recently, so after making sure the unit worked when we received it, it went back into its box to wait until the room was ready, consequently we didn’t start using this unit until a few months ago. For those few months it worked perfectly, gave out plenty of heat and the thermostat setting worked great. Then, randomly, it just completely stopped working. It won’t turn on, no flames, no heat, nothing. We tried all the trouble-shooting tips, but the entire unit has just gone dead after only about 4 months of very light use. And because I didn’t need to start using it right away, I’m well outside the return window. It’s very disappointing since I have purchased similar heaters on Amazon that, although they were not as cute as this one, have been working fine for years. I was originally planning to buy another one of these for my studio because it’s so cute, but I won’t now because it’s too expensive to last only 4 months 🙁

Why was the hardest part screwing the legs on 🤦🏽♀️ other then that it is beautiful. Nice size for my space and the cream color is perfect. I like that you can use the light and/or the heat feature.
Almost all stove heaters had some reviews saying the plug got too hot – so I’ll keep an eye on that and update if there are any issues.
I’ll also need to give it some more time to see how the heat output works.

Only used it one winter. Got it out for this fall and the heater doesn’t come on. Will have to throw out.
