I ordered an open box refurbished machine which comes with guarantee and is supposed to come with authentic parts. In this case the remote was not working nor was it authentic (not fully magnetic due to the plastic buttons which the original remote doesn’t have). I have been in touch with Dyson to get an original remote but the item was out of stock for 4 weeks. As it took quite long and I missed my return window with Amazon Dyson offered me to send back the machine and send a new machine instead. I appreciate the solution. Machine is great, beautiful and the Dyson quality you expect. I like the app where you can track air quality and temperature per room where you have a machine installed.

This air purifier is awesome. It tells you the rating for air quality on the machine itself which is helpful. The app that you can connect is a lot more useful with easy directional control, air speed, and different air quality readings. Pretty expensive and highly recommend buy on sale.

This is amazing and does measure air quality accurately. I tested it by blowing some smoke in the area and it picked it up quickly! Worth it.

I typically don’t write reviews This fan or as Dyson markets it as an air multiplier is fantastic. Other reviewers claimed cheap plastic. I don’t. Cars are made of plastic now. I don’t need a product at twice the weight. Thank you Dyson!

Cheapest option I could find to clean formaldehyde from the air in my house, and it works.
I work from home and was having constant “allergy” symptoms for almost a month straight, but only in my house, after buying an air quality tester it turns out we had high levels of “HCHO” or formaldehyde in the air. It wasn’t that much higher than outside and we live in a hot climate, so “airing out the house” wasn’t really an option. Bought this and immediately plugged it in, within a day my “allergy” symptoms were gone. A week later, and the air quality is down to safe living levels. A win for me and my family! It’s not that loud compared to most fans, so I’m just going to keep this running.
Now I just need to figure out how to keep my toddler from playing with it… I wish the swivel had a child lock feature, but that’s the only downside.

I really like that it shows you the air quality and you are able to put it on auto mode and it automatically turns on and off when the air quality fluctuates.

The Dyson TP09 Air Purifier looks great in any room, but the performance is a letdown. The fan barely cools the room and is ridiculously loud, especially at the max setting needed to feel any breeze, which is louder than an air conditioner. After just a month, the motor started making a high-pitched sound, making it incredibly loud and disturbing. While the purifier seems to work, I ended up not using it because of the noise. I can’t recommend this product and feel scammed paying such a high price for a mediocre fan.
